Joe L. Griffin, Jr. DMD A native of Florence, South Carolina, Dr. Griffin attended Francis Marion University in Florence for his undergraduate studies. He graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston with an advanced dental degree in 1985. Before establishing this practice in 1994, he practiced in Florence and Rock Hill. Hal W. Herbert, Jr. DMD Dr. Herbert is a 1971 graduate of Coker College. Four years later, he graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina with an advanced dental degree. He was a member of the Alpha Epsilon Delta Medical Honor Society. Click here to read more about Dr. Herbert.
John Hess, DDS John Thomas Hess, DDS graduated with honors from the State University at Stoney Brook School of Medicine. He then went on to graduate from the General Practice Residency Program at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital in Columbia, SC in June of "07, where he received advanced training in many aspects of dentistry such as implant dentistry, IV conscious sedation, oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Hess then served in the United States Army for 8 years as an intelligence analyst. After his tour of service Dr. Hess relocated to Florence and joined the Advanced Dental Center Team. Dr. Hess and his wife have 2 children. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Hess enjoys fishing, biking and travel.
