Joe L. Griffin, Jr. DMD

Hear a few welcoming words from Dr. Joe Griffin.

A native of Florence, South Carolina, Dr. Griffin attended Francis Marion University in Florence for his undergraduate studies. He graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston with an advanced dental degree in 1985. Before establishing this practice in 1994, he practiced in Florence and Rock Hill.

He received advanced training from the Hinman Dental Conference and is a member of the CEREC Study Club. Dr. Griffin also holds professional memberships in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, The American Dental Association, South Carolina Dental Association and Pee Dee Dental Society. Dr. Griffin devotes much of his time to his ongoing education in the dental field so that he can offer the latest techniques and materials to his patients.

Dr. Griffin is an active volunteer in the "Give The Kids a Smile, Week" This program is sponsored through the American Dental Association as well as the South Carolina Dental Association.

Dr. Griffin is married to Susan J. Griffin and they have two daughters, Ashley and Hannah. When not practicing dentistry, he enjoys golf, fishing, boating, travel and spending time with his family. He remains active in the community and serves as a volunteer at the Billy Hardee Home for Boys and the Mercy Medical Clinic for underprivileged children and adults.
